Inclusion is the inclusion of people who are excluded, such as disability, race, sexual orientation or ability. I believe that society should be diverse, and inclusive in any environment. If there is only a single choice of people who are the same, or who work and learn with similar people, then it is not really very different from doing it alone. The point of collaboration is to learn from and include each other.
Social media can promote inclusion on teaching in several ways. There can be as much diversity as possible in the choice of learning tools. In terms of content, choose different materials and ideas to try to reach images of diversity in language, examples, and sociocultural backgrounds. Each student learns differently, so use different aspects of learning to teach, such as visual, auditory or physical tools.
The most important thing is for the students to interact with each other and for them to be inclusive, as well as learn from each other’s differences.
